WHERE WE ARE |
All our apartments are located within beautiful historical palazzos, some of them being part of the Rolli system, in the very heart of the city centre. They offer a new and different way of exploring and living Genoa history and art. Perfect choice for those who are in town both for leisure and for business, our apartments are at a short walking distance from the Old Harbor area with all its attractions, the Via Garibaldi with its beautiful historical palazzos, Via XX Settembre and its shops and the business district, Palazzo Ducale and its exhibitions. The Imperiale Apartment is located at 2-minute walk from the Palazzo Ducale and the Carlo Felice Opera House, both of them always offering a wide choice of exhibitions and shows. Palazzo Gentile, located just by the Aquarium and the Old Harbor Area, not only is ideal for those travelling with kids and planning a leisure day at the Harbor but also offers day trips by ferry-boat along the Riviera. Palazzo Lomellino, our gem, is located in Via Garibaldi 7, also known as Strada Nuova and part of the UNESCO Heritage with the astounding Palazzi dei Rolli; absolutely not to be missed are the Palazzo Rosso, Palazzo Bianco, Palazzo Tursi and Palazzo della Meridiana. The Duomo Apartment ia the only apartment to be located within the Palazzo Cicala, and is on the 3rd floor with a spectacular view over the Piazza San Lorenzo and the San Lorenzo Cathedral. Palazzo Serra, where we have 4 apartments, is located in the very heart of the city center, where commercial and cultural trades have always taken place: this is Piazza Banchi; from here the Harbor is at 1-minute walk, and Via San Luca and Via Luccoli, both of them part of the UNESCO Heitage, start from here. The pent-house in Palazzo Serra has a terrace which offers a unique view over the city and the harbor and is the perfect choice for breakfast. In Palazzo Giustiniani we have 3 apartments, all of them studio for 1-2 Guests each; built at the end of the 16th century by Cardinal Vincenzo Giustiniani, it has been part of the Rolli system more than once. It is at 150 mt from Piazza San Lorenzo, and is the perfect starting point to any direction. |
